Burnt out from constant touring and their excessive life style, Aerosmith soldiered on into the studio only to be back on the road before the album was finished. The band was literally falling apart. Guitarist Joe Perry quit during tour, leaving session guitar player to finish the album. It's my opinion that this album would have been a great one if only the band had gotten their act together. Guitarist Joe Perry quit during tour, leaving session guitar player to finish the album. It's my opinion that this album would have been a great one if only the band had gotten their act together.

This album wasn't one of there better ones. I think that the band was way over worked and not enough time way from one another. That is where they probably started to get into the fights. If they wouldn't have tried to get this album done so fast I think that it would have been better.
